The filter cartridge fits all standard 10” housings. This cartridge utilizes a full 60 oz. of KDF Redox media that uses the natural process of electrochemical oxidation/reduction (redox potential) to effectively remove chlorine and its associated disinfection by-products (DBP’s) like trihalomethanes (THM’s); heavy metals including arsenic, lead, cadmium, mercury, and aluminum; hydrogen sulfide (up to 0.5 ppm); as well as control bacteria, fungus, algae, and mold, while rendering water bacteriostatic. Excellent for agricultural feedwater applications where control of bacteria in water supplies is important (i.e. feedwater for chickens, pigs, and cattle.)

The filter body is constructed with high-grade polypropylene, spin and sonic welded assuring a hermetic seal which improves overall reliability.
