7 Keys to Wellness |
|
If you are looking to attain or maintain a vibrant state of wellness, it works to realize that the keys to healing are the same as they have been for thousands of years.
- Third: investigate all your alternatives with an open mind but don’t abandon common sense. There are a lot of people out there hawking their “remedies” and “cures”. Some of these people fit the classical definition of a “snake-oil” salesman, but others come in the disguise of modern “scientists”.
Whether the purported cure comes from a “guru”, “healer”, “doctor”, “health food store” or “pharmaceutical house”, don’t just blindly accept the claims made by those who promote their wares. Be very wary of what you see on this new wave of TV ads for prescription medicines, and don’t buy into the fear they use to promote their products (poisons?). Do your homework. Ask tough questions and don’t be satisfied with half-baked answers. When it comes to your health, an ounce of prevention is truly worth a pound of cure!
- Fourth: Pray! What’s real is that you are an undeniable part of the ALL THAT IS so it doesn’t matter what spiritual path you are on, true prayer is always between you and the rest of this ALL THAT IS that is God.
In our experience, sincere prayers for vision are ALWAYS answered. Ask for vision then get the noise created by fear and ungrounded beliefs off the channel so you can hear the answers.
- Fifth: get enough exercise and rest. These are important medicines. Healing requires an adequate amount of both. There is no nutritional or pharmaceutical product that can make up for a lack of these vital medicines.
- Sixth: be careful about what you take into your body — especially when your body is already out of balance. Drink plenty of healthy water, and eat foods that are as organic and unprocessed as possible. Consult our guidelines on diet and follow them.
- Seventh: love yourself enough to take only the highest quality medicines and supplements and do so in the amounts, at the times, and for the length of time it is appropriate to take them.
